Job Description:
Provide a single point of contact for end-users to ensure proper computer operation so that the user can accomplish business tasks.
This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end-user help requests.
Work with customers to understand requirements and expectations and to respond to questions from users and assist remote employees with technology problems in offices and/or remote sites.
Administering Desktops, Laptops, Servers and Peripherals.
First level troubleshooting on Office Applications, Operating System etc.
Provide support on Microsoft OS (XP and higher).
Troubleshoot and configuring mail clients (Outlook, Netscape, etc)
Configure , installing and troubleshooting remote access, Wireless, VPN and dialup.
Configure and troubleshooting network printers.
Active Directory ID administration.
Troubleshoot PDA and handled devices (Blackberry and Goodlink)
Desired Profile:
Knowledge on Outlook,Vpn,Networking concepts
Required Skills – Course completion or Certification (MCP,MCSE,MCSA,CCNA)
